Commissioning, Service & Maintenance

All Commissioning Works are carried out in accordance with the current CIBSE Codes of Practice and the relevant control manufacturers recommendations.

Our Software/Commissioning engineers, all of whom have been trained by our major suppliers complete the software configuration, integration and graphics at both office and site level. They take up the lead role on projects during the final commissioning periods, and, are supported by our Contract Managers, and should the need arise, by our suppliers through their Technical Support Networks.

We strive to ensure that all systems are operating to their maximum efficiency prior to handing the system over to the client. Again our engineers operate a pro-active approach when working in conjunction with commissioning engineers from other disciplines.

All commissioning staff members are trained to the current IEE regulations and hold 17th edition inspection and testing certificates.

Service and Maintenance works are tailored to suit the requirements of the Client, ensuring that all systems are operating at the maximum efficiency possible, whilst maintaining the specified environmental conditions.

This benefits the client in less energy consumption, less breakdowns/down time due to neglect and confidence that the system will continue to operate in a safe manner.

We also provide an In-house Service Bureau Facility which ensures immediate on line assistance and interrogation to problem solve as a fast response 1st line fix.
